Ken’s Chinese Restaurant is one of the most popular eateries in Vancouver, winning multiple awards over the years! We offer diners with an extensive menu selection including Chinese favourites, Western steak combos, pasta, sandwiches, congee and a variety of rice & noodle selections.
Ken Liang, owner and executive chef, immigrated to Canada over 20 years ago from China. His two famous signature dishes Golden Dungeness Crab and Lobster with Konyaku in Hotpot took home the Chinese Restaurant Awards Critics’ Choice honour for Best Crab in 2009 and Best Lobster in 2010, respectively. These accolades landed Ken an opportunity to demonstrate his skills on City TV during a Breakfast Television cooking session.
Our restaurant is visited by many tourists after Condé Nast Traveler mentioned our Golden Dungeness Crab contributing to Vancouver being “home to the best Chinese food in the world.” Additionally our restaurant was featured on the front page of the Vancouver Sun with the headline “Best of the best.”
